Theresa Glatfelter - Principal Designer
Theresa has an extensive background in Communications, Home Interior Design, Marketing, Art and Real Estate. She was previously the CEO of her own business, developed corporate Marketing for a major retailer in the US and is a licensed Realtor. She worked for major Production Home Builders within the industry for over eight years on both back end of the business and front-line Interior Design. Theresa holds a Bachelor of Art Degree from California State University, Fullerton in Communications with an emphasis in Marketing.
Though she has had experience for over a decade in the Design world, the childhood artist whom won many awards in and around Orange County throughout her childhood, always knew she would use her artistic eye and has found a natural blend with her passion for Real Estate. She feels blessed that the two worlds have collided naturally.
Her main goal is for her clients to absolutely LOVE the space in which TIME is spent while incorporating their lifestyle into their HOME. The Philosophy is not how large the home but creating a space which truly reflects the lifestyle that you surround yourself within which matters the most, keeping all elements simple yet elegant. “Simplicity is the keynote to all true elegance”- Coco Chanel
When she’s not Designing, the busy mother of two is often found on the sidelines of a football or baseball field for one of her son’s. The avid yogi and spin goer can be found at the beach or packing a bag for her next travel adventure with family and friends.
Jessica Blumenstein - Designer
Jessica has always been enamored with the world of interior design, finding joy in experimenting with new styles to create captivating spaces. It was during her time in Germany that she truly fell head over heels for design and creativity, captivated by the diverse styles gracing the cities across Europe.
After graduating high school, she decided to make the leap back to her sunny home state of California to pursue her dream of becoming an interior designer. Currently, she's a dedicated student at the Interior Designers Institute of Newport Beach, passionately working her way towards her Bachelor's Degree. Jessica has also earned her Avocational Certificate & Associates of Interior Design underscoring her commitment to continuous learning and development in the field of interior design.
When she's not buried in design books or drafting up plans, Jessica loves jet-setting to spend quality time with friends and family. Whether she's exploring new places or simply unwinding with a chill day at the beach, Jessica's zest for life outside the studio keeps her creativity flowing.
Jacqualine Cernich - Project Manager
Jacqualine excels at transforming designers' visions into reality through clear communication, seamless coordination, and a keen eye for detail.
With a diverse background spanning interior design, real estate staging, professional organizing, commercial homebuilding, and personal assistance, she brings a holistic approach to project management. By fostering strong collaboration among clients, vendors, and contractors, she ensures every project is delivered on time, within budget, and with outstanding results.
A proud native Angeleno, Jacqualine finds endless inspiration in the city's dynamic culture and landscapes. When she's not managing projects, she enjoys hiking, live music, and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
As a devoted mother to three accomplished young men who inspire her daily, she carries that same sense of dedication and passion into her work. With a collaborative mindset and a deep love for crafting spaces that tell a unique story, Jacqualine approaches every project with creativity, enthusiasm, and a personal touch.
Jennifer Kanowsky - Project Manager
Jennifer is a Project Manager at Parker Mason Designs, leveraging her background in floral design and decor to bring a unique creative perspective to the team. With experience organizing weddings for Disney,
she excels in managing all aspects of a project, ensuring smooth coordination and exceptional results from start to finish. Outside of work, Jennifer is a dedicated mother to a daughter and two sons. She also runs a nonprofit kitty cat rescue, where she channels her passion for animals into making a difference in the community. Her compassion and dedication extend beyond the office, as she balances family life with her commitment to helping furry friends find their forever homes.
